Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts thirty (30) days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
All Ardyss products sold through Buy Body Magic are backed by Ardyss’s own quality guarantee. Ardyss certifies that products carrying its name meet high standards of freshness and quality for customer use, and we stand behind every order we ship.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that has been intentionally damaged or misused
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
This guarantee is limited by the terms of any specific warranty packaged with a product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to Ardyss directly; all returns go through Buy Body Magic.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange the exchange.
